“Individuals have different ways of working, different ways in which to resolve”

How we worked together – naturally fitted together as a group of individuals.

How did we develop the research project – organically, each bringing their own personal experiences, diversity of pathways and therefore different ways in which to approach this project, adding almost building on the ideas resulting in natural progression.

Collective leadership – Charlotte took the initiative to naturally direct the group as a whole and encourage. Individuals followed contributing naturally.

Individual contribution to group reflection – general group awareness was evident throughout, especially when ideas became tangled in the many interesting tangents. Someone always seemed to instigate a pause for reflection and evaluation.

Question honestly – throughout members questioned the relevance of certain ideas that arose, if they were necessary or had become carried away, leading to group discussion and a quick decisive conclusion.
